Don't let the price point throw you off. I have been a Retin A (Zianna) user for years coupled with hydroquinone at night. Because I am diligent the brown spots I have are not very noticeable with or without makeup. But I notice them. If you are using Retin A (which increases the skin's sensitivity to the sun) maybe you should be entirely avoiding the sun.
Consider a laser treatment if your face is frightfully hyperpigmented and give up on the excessive snake oils you are using.
